Tenant offerings

This will be for touring properties on a client's behalf which includes 3-4 properties being toured over the course of 4 hours max. I will summarize the options and present it with photos and emails within 1 day of the tours.

This will include a full day of touring for or with the client and provide transportation to each of the tours. This will include 6-8 properties toured over the course or 1-2 days (depending on availability). A comprehensive summary with photos and videos are included along with lease review and help negotiating.

Although there are some restrictions on submitting a letter but if you are very keen on sharing more information about yourself and your living situation sometimes tenants have been known to submit what's called a "love letter" letting the owner know why they desire to move into the property.

Disclose, disclose, disclose. More information is better when it comes to being selected you need to make sure you submit all necessary items to make yourself stand out. That includes but is not limited to; Government issued ID, paystubs (or offer letter), bank statements,  paying for a credit check (you are entitled to receive a copy of your credit check background), along with any info about vehicles, pets or service animals.

Some areas are very competitive and depending on inventory in the area you may need to expand your search. That is why it is good to partner with a professional native who knows the areas.
